The villa is located on the beautiful island of Krk, the northernmost island in the Mediterranean, located in the Kvarner Bay and recognized as one of the most organized and attractive destinations in the Adriatic. The villa's courtyard extends over 450m2 and offers an 8x3m swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a dining and enjoyment corner and a barbecue. There is parking for four cars on the plot. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed inside the building/property.
