Enjoy an unforgettable sun and beach vacation in this beautiful apartment for 4 people next to the beach in Puerto de Alcudia.
Start the day with a delicious breakfast on the terrace of the apartment enjoying the blue of the sea in the background. The garden is fantastic for sunbathing before heading to the beach with a towel and little else since the sea is only a few meters away.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers wide spaces, lots of light and all the comforts for a perfect stay. A spacious living room-dining room-kitchen will allow you to relax while watching TV-sat, enjoying your meals at the table for 4 or cooking on the gas stove. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment has 2 bedrooms where you can rest at night, one with a double bed and a en-suite toilet with wc and washbasin and the other with twin beds and AC. There is another bathroom with a shower in the apartment. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The apartment is in the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean sea. The beautiful beach is just a few meters away where you can not only sunbathe, swim and take long walks along the shore but also practice various water sports. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours or beach bars are also very close to the apartment. Do not forget to visit Alcudia town, get to know the medieval wall, stroll through its narrow streets dotted with plants and flowers and mingle with the locals on market days, which are Tuesdays and Sundays.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
