This great house excels thanks to the simple exterior area but cosy and very well cared at the same time, where the real protagonist is, without a doubt, the beautiful chlorine pool surrounded by a gravel terrace with 4 sun loungers on it and a furnished area where you can bask in the sun with a coffee, a fresh OJ or a glass of wine. The pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and it has a water depth ranging between 1 and 1.75 metres. You will find an exterior shower, a table with chairs and a barbecue available.
Inside the house, you will discover a great living room -with AC and a wood stove, a comfortable sofa and TV-Sat-, which is open to the dining area and kitchen, where you will cook your best recipes on the ceramic hob or the oven. The laundry room is independent and is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with AC and a wardrobe each, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. We will provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, a shower bathroom completes the accommodation. And an electric radiator is available on request.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Cala Llombards is a quiet and family residential area amidst privileged natural surroundings, with a stunning sandy cove of turquoise water, located just 1.1 km away from the house, as well as the wonderful but even smaller cove of Caló des Moro, located just 1.6 km away from the house, don't leave without paying it a visit! The Natural Park of Mondragó is also very near and it is perfect to disconnect whilst enjoying nature or making an excursion. For your daily shopping, Cala Llombards offers a grocery shop and some bars and restaurants.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
