The three terraces are the perfect scenery to spend unforgettable moments that will stay in your memory forever. One of them is perfect to prepare a delicious barbecue and the other two will become home for our guests. You can enjoy a relaxing and succulent breakfast at the main terrace while you admire the dream-like landscape, a stunning combination of greenery with the blue of the water. The second terrace is on the top floor, and it becomes the perfect sun deck to sunbathe while admiring the view.
This is a three storey house where the top floor is just the terrace. Then, on the main floor you find a spacious living - dining room with AC which is perfect for those who want to rest and watch the satellite TV or a DVD film. The kitchen is independent and it offers a ceramic top, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Still on this floor you will find a twin bedroom and the toilet. Once upstairs you have two more bedrooms: one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a tub and exit to a balcony; the other bedroom comes with a trundle bed. All bedrooms feature AC and a closet. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with tour baby. Finally, a bathroom with a tub completes the first floor.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

Cala Lliteras is one of the most quiet residential areas in Cala Ratjada which, on the contrary, is a much livelier area, ideal for shopping, go to bars and restaurants and enjoy the great night life. In addition, you are located in a far end of the island with quick access to lots of sandy and rocky beaches and coves. The nearest one is Cala Agulla, about 1 km away, although you reach the sea in a few steps.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
