Measuring 220m2 across two floors; up to a total 250m2 with the third floor (upstairs and ground floor and 30m2 Apartment Amethyst) for more than 14 people. We have space for 8 - 16 people.

Kitchen fully equipped for 16 people, living room with large TV, bathroom with bathtub, shower & toilet and double sink/vanity and a sunny terrace. Additional two terraces in the garden (east and north/west)
1st floor: two bedrooms/in the first bedroom there is an additional single bed and in the second bedroom a folding bed can be added; in the living room there is a pull-out couch for 2 people. Bathroom with shower & bathtub & toilet and vanity and an additional toilet with large vanity; living room with large TV and wrap-around balcony.
!!For groups of 14/15-16 people, a semi-basement apartment with separate entrance must also be booked. Nightly rate €55 and one-time €60 fee!!!Cosy, modern, well-equipped apartment. Living room and bedroom with small kitchen, 180x200cm box spring bed, large TV, bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Coat closet and slippers in the hallway.
There are three terraces on the ground floor facing east and north-west. Apartment Amethyst has a small terrace next to the entrance.

Caving, alpine zoo, Breitachklamm, Starzlachklamm, many recreational activities, Alpsee beach. Beautiful natural lakes all around Burgberg, Immenstadt, Sonthofen, Oberstdorf and Füssen. Neuschwanstein, royal castles and Lake Constance 50 km away, Oberstdorf 15 km.
Around Burgberg there are many wonderful hiking destinations and hiking trails or cross-country ski trails, ski lifts in the green area, all of which can be reached on foot, by car or by bus. In summer many lakes are perfect for swimming and splashing around; in Blaichach there is a water ski lift for the more sporty. At the Gasthof Alpenblick you have a wonderful view of the Oberstdorf mountains up to the Hörner chain; you can also visit the ore mines. A beautiful natural outdoor pool is within walking distance. Good restaurants a few steps away. Burgberg is very sunny, framed by what used to be vineyards, facing south over the Burgberger Hörnle to the foothills of the Grünten.
