Our exclusive 5-star holiday home (newly built in 2015) is located right on the port. In a 1A location in Büsum. The Alleestrasse, which is the lively area of town, is only a few steps away. The pedestrian zone has many small shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and is lovely to explore.
Nearly all of the tourist amenities are accessible on foot.
Port, dike North Sea and the Piraten-Meer swimming pool with sauna and spa are nearly right next door.
And yet the holiday home offers rest and relaxation, because there is only one small quiet street behind the dike running past the house.
You'll feel great with us, at any time of year and in any weather.
There is a parking space and bicycle storage reserved for you.
Book directly with the owner, that has its advantages. We do all of the home care ourselves and look forward to our regular guests. We'd love to give you personal tips. We are locals and know the area.

The Wadden Sea world heritage site is right on the doorstep.
The Büsum Sea Worlds aquarium, museum on the sea and open air dike museum in Büsum are all accessible on foot from our apartment.
There are endless paths around Büsum for cycling and hiking. The large bathing area on the beach at Büsum is really worth a visit.
The Büsum Golf Club is about 3 km away.
From Hamburg, A23 toward Heide/Husum - Heide-West exit, toward Büsum (B203), at the entrance to the village at the Aldi supermarket, take a right into Heider Strasse. Keep going straight on Heider Str. and Bahnhofstr., then take a left onto Kirchenstr. and then left onto Oesterstr., then right onto Am Ostdeich. The holiday home is located at the end of the dead-end street.

Please note that usage-based cost can occur additionally. If you have any questions please get in touch with the owner directly.
You'll have to pay 90% of the agreed rental price if we are unable to re-let the accommodation, or only under less favourable terms. Of course you can also provide a substitute lessee for the agreed booking period.
The cancellation must be made in writing. Place of jurisdiction is Meldorf.
The lessee shall pay the full rental price even if they are of the opinion that, despite the description given, the rental property doesn't meet their expectations.
The lessee is obligated to use and handle the rental property with care and take responsibility for everything that comes with it. Furthermore, the lessee must immediately report any damages that occur during the rental period. We must be informed right away about any kind of defects in order to be able to rectify these defects as quickly as possible.
A travel cancellation insurance is not included in the rental price. We recommend that you take out such an insurance policy.
