The flat is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet residential complex, built in 1996, with a traditional gable façade. The Lohgerberstr. is part of the old town centre. The apartment is ideally suited for two people. It comes with everything you might need for a pleasant holiday.

A parking space and bicycle storage room are reserved for you in the courtyard.
You will benefit from booking directly with the owner. We personally manage the maintenance of the flats. We know the area very well and will gladly give you a few insider tips. You're also more than welcome to visit us at our market garden in Schülp.
St. Peter-Ording and the wonderful beach can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.
Stop by our market garden in Schülp. We'd love to see you there. Büsum is nearby as well. There's much to discover and you can explore the Wadden Sea.
Friedrichstadt, the idyllic Holländerstädtchen (Dutch town) with its canals, gable houses and market square, is surrounded by the rivers Eider and Treene and in close proximity to the Wadden Sea.
All around the historic market square you'll find cafes, shops and restaurants. The loggia overlooks one of the canals. The North Sea in St. Peter-Ording or Büsum, the tides and mud flats - everything is nearby. Husum, also called "the grey city by the sea", is about 15 km away and has a beautiful harbour.

Once you've reached Witzwort, turn right onto the B202 to Friedrichstadt.
In Friedrichstadt, turn left onto the Eiland (island), continue on Am Fürstenburgwall, you'll see the Lohgerberstr. at the end of the street on the left.

Please note that usage-based cost can occur additionally. If you have any questions please get in touch with the owner directly.
You'll have to pay 90% of the agreed rental price if we are unable to re-let the accommodation, or only under less favourable terms. Of course you can also provide a substitute lessee for the agreed booking period.
The cancellation must be made in writing. Place of jurisdiction is Meldorf.
The lessee shall pay the full rental price even if they are of the opinion that, despite the description given, the rental property doesn't meet their expectations.
The lessee is obligated to use and handle the rental property with care and take responsibility for everything that comes with it. Furthermore, the lessee must immediately report any damages that occur during the rental period. We must be informed right away about any kind of defects in order to be able to rectify these defects as quickly as possible.
A travel cancellation insurance is not included in the rental price. We recommend that you take out such an insurance policy.
