Our beautiful holiday flat offers enough room for the whole family. The flat is a maisonette flat and is situates on the first floor of our house.
The flat offers three bedrooms and eough space for up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds are in the lower part of the flat. There are also two new fully furnished bathrooms.
The new modern kitchen is also ready with all necessary kitchen devices. The spacious living rooms also offers the possibility to enter the balcony in the south. A staircase leads up to the cosy readinf corner. The last bedroom with two single beds for the kids is on the same floor.
You have direct contact to you landlord. We offer a quiet but central location for your holiday. We are family-friendly and love kids.
Althouh this is non-smoker-flat you are allowed to smoke on the balcony.

The holiday flat ist situated in a calm byroad. The popular playground `Löwenhöhle` (Lion´s den) is in the near of our flat. just like the bakery.
You can easily go to the city centre by bike within a five minutes. On foot you need about 15 minutes. You can also get to the popular `Südstrand` (`south beach`) in short time.
We offer a parking lot on the premises of our house. The quiet idyllic gardens invites you to rest on the garden furniture.
The last part of the journey takes you from the marvelous harbour of Dagebuell to Wyk by ferry (W.D.R.) Please don´t forget to book in advance if you want to take your car with you. Particaularly in summer the ferry is quite busy. From the harbour in Wyk it´s only 2.5 kilometres to the Stepenitzer Weg.
