The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. There is also a third shower room and toilet on the ground floor. And each bedroom has a washbasin, the old-fashioned way!
The large bathrooms each have a bath, a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Senseo and filter coffee makers... It communicates with the dining room with its wood-burning stove.
Further on, the vast living room with its wood-burning stove promises great moments of conviviality.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor have a 160 x 200 cm bed for one, and 2 beds 90 x 200 cm for the other. A small desk in the room next to the second bedroom allows you to work on your computer without being disturbed.
Upstairs is a small TV lounge on the landing (TV, books, radio, CD player, CD's, WIFI...).
The bathroom leads to the two bedrooms on either side (one with a 160 x 200 cm bed, the other with a 180 x 200 cm bed). An additional single bed in one of the two bedrooms can accommodate an extra person (child), as well as a baby bed.
The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Comfortable longère (25 meters long!), in the beautiful countryside, in a quiet area, 6 kms from the sea.
In Luneray, 2.5 km from the house, there are all the shops and a great market on Sunday mornings.

a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.
