With 120 m², you can enjoy plenty of space to relax and recharge. The highlight of the apartment is the large living room with a cozy tiled stove – perfect for comfortable evenings after an active day in the mountains. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a large dining table invites you to cook, enjoy, and linger together.
Right outside your door begins the hiking trail to the Eifersbacher Waterfall – an idyllic natural destination and an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in the Kaiser Mountains, to the Steinplatte, or to Kitzbüheler Horn. The cycling path runs directly past the house, and the swimming pool in St. Johann provides refreshment on hot days. In autumn, colorful forests, clear mountain air, and magnificent views beckon.

In good snow conditions, you can start right from the field with your skis – the Eichenhof lifts are just 450 m away. From there, you have access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental, one of the largest ski areas in Austria. Kitzbühel, Fieberbrunn, Saalbach Hinterglemm, and the Steinplatte are also quickly accessible. The cross-country ski trail is just a few steps away – ideal for those seeking the tranquility of nature even in winter.
Culinarily, several dining options are available directly in the vicinity – easily reachable on foot: The Grander Schupf, the Rock Bar, and the cozy Gasthof Griesswirt offer Tyrolean cuisine, a cozy atmosphere, and sociable evenings.
