Who moves into this well-equipped 2-room vacation home with approx. 75m² with a lot of coziness, feels it immediately: Someone has put a lot of heart into this and combined furniture and inventory with a lot of taste. In the living and dining room with open kitchen there is a cozy sitting area with couch. Along the freestanding kitchen block, a bar with three stools has been integrated, where you can have a coffee in between or read your morning newspaper. Or count boats on the water. And if you prefer to watch a movie on TV, all you have to do is reach for the remote control. A very special place is also the dining table, because here you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner with a view of the lake. The kitchenette offers everything that makes hobby cooks happy. And everyone else too, because you don't have to fiddle around with the dishes, they are done by the dishwasher. Restful sleep is promised by the bedroom with double bed on the second level to which a spiral staircase leads up. There is a second television. Because it is proven that one sleeps longer in a comfortable bed than in an uncomfortable one, it will certainly be a well-rested vacation. And also a third traveler will find his sleeping place here with an extra bed. How about a refreshing shower to wake up? Then off to the bathroom, where the shower is integrated into the bathtub, by the way. For those who also like to sit outside at home, there is a private outdoor seating area reserved on the large balcony - an extended living room, so to speak.
In the basement, guests can use a washing machine and dryer. Bicycles and the car can be parked in the underground garage under the house.

No matter how much good summer holiday mood you arrive here, it will increase again significantly upon arrival. And then you will be completely in love - with your vacation home, the view of the water, the quiet location. But Meersburg also promises many experiences and very special lake moments. The kind where passionate amateur snappers can't stop photographing the picturesque alleys. Those in which the best ice cream in the area melts in your mouth. And those where you go wild with water sports and cheer with joy over and over again. Then there are the magnificent castle complexes, the oldest inhabited castle in Germany, the most diverse museums, the walking paths through the vineyards, the open-air swimming pool and lido, the Meersburg thermal baths and the numerous cafés and wine taverns.
