Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses:
Cancellation:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee according to the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska will be charged.
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price
No-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel price
(2) The tenant may at any time prove that the damage incurred was less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.

This villa exceeded all our expectations. It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-equipped. From the comfortable beds to the lovely outdoor area, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The welcome package on arrival was a lovely touch and made us feel instantly at home. The location was peaceful and ideal for relaxing, yet still convenient for exploring the area. Ivan has been excellent, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend and would love to return!

It is a perfect location, situated on a small hill, looking over the water in a rustic and historic Village. Easy access to everything, including the water and beautiful hikes in the mountains. Ivan is a very nice, thoughtful and helpful. For an authentic experience, no where better to stay. Thanks very much. We will be coming back.
