This starts as soon as you enter the lift, which chauffeurs you effortlessly into your mountain domicile. Get in, go up, get out, come down. On 164 sqm2 your well-deserved holiday will find space to relax and unfold.
Breathe in the fresh mountain air of Werdenfels and listen to nature in front of a magnificent Alpine panorama - on the three covered, furnished balconies you can be very close to yourself and the elements.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area forms a meeting point of good taste, flanked by a montane material mix of rustic wood, matt steel and cool marble. Everything fits together here and is designed for high-quality cooking pleasure. Dishwasher, microwave, steamer and freezer are inconspicuously integrated and form the discreet stage for convivial culinary delights at the kitchen bar or dining table.
Place-to-be: After a day full of the freshness of life, either the fireplace warms your spirits or you relax on the couch with a glass of Zweigelt in front of the flatscreen. After the bedtime snack, it's off to the mountain land of dreams. Two bedrooms, each with two double beds, frame your sleep with beautiful oak and spruce wood.
And since luxury should not be missing here either, both rooms are equipped with their own balcony access, bathroom and TV. The master bathroom offers you a personal wellness area with a ground-level shower, Finnish bio sauna and free-standing bathtub, where you can simply switch off and recharge your batteries.
And to ensure that everything is always well in place, the flat includes two underground parking spaces as well as a lockable cellar for your ski and snowboard equipment including boot dryer. Sollten Sie später als 18 Uhr anreisen geben Sie uns bitte früh genug Bescheid! In diesem Fall bitten wir um Verständnis, dass Sie den Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abholen müssen und eine persönliche Wohnungsübergabe nicht möglich ist.

§10 Withdrawal/cancellation
The Cancellation of the rental agreement must be made in writing. The day we get the Cancellation is the day that will be used for taxation of the costs. For travel cancellation we charge the following costs:
Up to 90 days before the start of the journey 20% of the rent, up to 89 days before 80 %, and 42 days before 100 %. The cancellation fee refers purely to the rental price! Extra costs like the cleaning fee, Wi-Fi, garage, etcetera will be reimbursed a 100 %.
If it is possible to rent the apartment to someone else for the canceled period, only the expense allowance will be charged.
The lessor reserves the right to charge 100 % of the rental price in case of a no-show! If the tenant can't arrive, it is his right to name other Visitors. Please give us a notice early enough that is coming to the apartment instead of you, if this happens. The decision to accept the new guests is up to us.
If the apartment will be left earlier than originally booked, the tenant has to pay the full amount for the stay nevertheless. The lessor won't refund the costs of the overnights that have not been taken! The burden of proof, that the lessor has saved expenses during the subletting, is up to the Guest.
