The interiors are very spacious, bright and modern. Some large windows give access to an amazing kitchen-living-dining room. There you can meet each other to chat, watch satellite TV next to the air conditioning, take an aperitif on the island with stools and cook as well as taste tasty dishes prepared in the ceramic stove. The house features four bedrooms with air conditioning, three of them with wardrobe. Two of the dormitories have a double bed and an outdoor exit, and the rest of the bedrooms have two single beds. There are a cot and a high chair available. Likewise, there are two bathrooms too, one with shower that services the entire house and another one with hydromassage shower that it is an en-suite bathroom. The laundry provides our guests with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
This stunning and modern construction features such a marvellous outdoor areas. At the back of the house, there is a beautiful chlorine pool, - 6*3 m and a depth of 1.4 to 1.6 m -, and a fantastic zone where you can have delicious breakfasts alfresco. On the other hand, the front terrace invites you to make tasty barbecues. There are also 8 sun loungers to enjoy of the sun.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

Son Serra de Marina is a familiar coastal village suitable for the lovers of the tranquility and the sea. Its coast is mostly rocky, although at the end there is its beautiful sandy beach. This place has a restaurant and a grocery store, so for any other facilities you must go to Can Picafort at only a few minutes driving.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
