A modern remodeled old house from the 18th century was recently renovated. You will have air conditioning throughout the house, satellite TV and a stylish interior. A successful mix of modern design and rustic elements. A highlight is the lounge with the large windows and unobstructed view of the pool and the surrounding which goes directly into the dining area and the nearby semi-open, well-equipped kitchen with induction cooker and all the necessary utensils needed on vacation. There is no washing machine, but a laundry service is offered by the owners.
You will live in three bright, very modern, fully light-flooded double bedrooms, either with a wardrobe or a separate dressing area, all equipped with two single beds, and a direct exit to the terrace. One has an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two share another bathroom also with shower. From all bedrooms you will enjoy the direct view over the garden and the widespread landscape.
Here you can enjoy the view of the surrounding directly from the 5m x 4m wide and 1.5m to 1.8m deep pool filled with chlorine water, sweeping the hot summer days. An external shower ensures a pleasant refreshing moment in between. The outside terrace, which is directly connected to the house, is an ideal place for a fantastic breakfast in the morning or even a cozy dinner with a glass of wine in the evening with your loved ones. The property is completely fenced without any direct neighbors.

Santa Maria del Cami is a small town in the center of Mallorca, only 20 minutes from the capital Palma. In the village itself offers you a supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops, all what you will need for an independent holiday. Palma itself is known for its cathedral, called "La Seu", Bellver Castle, the numerous museums, such as the Es Baluard, the Museum of Contemporary Art. Don´t forget the picturesque old town with its small streets, the shops and, of course, the nightlife. To reach the beach take Playa de Palma around 20 km from Santa Maria or the beaches in the northonly around 40 km of distance.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment info
The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
