The villa Can Cuixa is set in the midst of a 10 000 m2 large property in the area Can Cuixa, situated between Santa Margalida and Can Picafort / Playa de Muro. This typical country house is surrounded by a pretty little garden and has a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. In the well-kept gardens you find the 9 x 5 m2 large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers. The covered terraces is fully equipped with dining table and six chairs, and an outdoor sofa combination. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, the spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, and the dining and living room. Furthermore, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms and a shower bath.
The coastal village Can Picafort with its beautiful beach is just 2 km from the Finca Can Cuixa. The property offers peace and relaxation, yet provides easy access to Can Picafort and Santa Margalida if you want to enjoy the lively coastal village of Can Picafort or the typical majorcan village of Santa Margalida.
Even beach lovers will appreciate being near. The beach of Can Picafort is only 2 km away, the Playa de Muro (called by many the Caribbean of Mallorca) 3 km and the beach of Port d'Alcudia 5 km away. Other beaches in the north island are Cala de Sant Vicenç (Bay of Pollensa) about 20 km, Port de Pollensa 15 km away and Formentor beach about 25 km.

The villa 'Can Cuixa' - property and house: 'Can Cuixa' is the toponym of the area in which the villa is located. A road leads to the entrance gate of the villa 'Can Cuixa'. From there, a short access road to the house. Parking for Multiple Cars are available. A rustic wooden door leads into the entrance of the house, on the left is the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (on ground or first floor), right-hand side is the living room with comfortable sofas and subsequently left is the kitchen with adjoining dining area for up to six people and living room with comfortable sofas. Of all the rooms you have a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside.

1. The conclusion of the lease is concluded by the reservation confirmation of Mallorca My Home.
2.The agreed rental price is inclusive of ancillary costs. Electricity or heating costs will be charged according to consumption, if it is expressly mentioned as extra costs in the binding offer and the booking confirmation.
3. The payment of the rent is made to Mallorca My Home. At the conclusion of the contract 1/2 of the total price is due as a down payment, the remainder 60 days before arrival by bank transfer.
4. A cancellation by the guest must always be in writing.
In case of withdrawal up to 60 days, the deposit will be retained. Should a replacement booking be possible, the deposit will be refunded less a cost contribution based on the amount of the expenses incurred.
For cancellations of rental properties from 59 to 7 days, 90% of the total rent, with resignation of 6 to 0 days 100% is due.
5. The guest is liable for those of him, his relatives, his brought or animal
Damage caused by visitors in the rented house. He is responsible for the house during the rental period.
6. By signing the reservation confirmation, the guest accepts the validity of the booking conditions as binding.
