Casa Monte Novo is a wonderful property for a family holiday or quiet retreat in the Algarve with the charm and flair of a typical Algarve country house.
Located in the coastal countryside close to Praia da Marinha beach, at only a short drive from the idyllic fishermen’s village of Carvoeiro and the city of Lagoa, this classic villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms on the upper floor also have a private terrace, a retreat with seating area and wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The spacious outdoor area offers large (partly covered) terraces with several (shaded) seating areas, a barbecue corner with dining table, heat-able pool with sun loungers and a beautiful sea view.
Several restaurants and Praia da Marinha beach are within walking distance, but transportation is still recommended as there are no nearby shopping facilities.
During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.

Praia do Carvoeiro ist ein kleines, malerisches Fischerdorf an der atemberaubenden Algarveküste, zentral gelegen und nur eine kurze Autofahrt von den größeren Städten entfernt. Hier gibt es zahlreiche Bistros und Restaurants für jeden Geschmack, fröhliche Bars, wunderbare Cafés und Konditoreien, von denen einige sogar einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer bieten. Es gibt mehrere versteckte Strände und Buchten sowie leicht zugängliche (natürlich mit entsprechender Vorsicht!) Felsformationen wie den Algar Seco. A uf einem Klippenweg mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten entlang der Küste (auf der Strecke des Wanderweges Seven Hanging Valleys), kann man die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Abgesehen von den Stränden gibt es in der Gegend auch zahlreiche Aktivitäten, und in den Sommermonaten finden hier lebhafte Nächte mit Live-Musik und verschiedenen Veranstaltungen statt.
