The Villa

Villa Potamis is situated in the lovely green belt of the typical Cretan village of Pitsidia. With 130 m2 living space Villa Potamis can host up to 9 persons.
In the ground floor are kitchen, living room, large bathroom with washing machine and one bedroom with 2 beds. In the upper floor you will find two further bedrooms with shower/WC each. Outside there's a garden with pool as well as private car parking at your disposal.The object is equipped with all comfort, you may expect for your holidays:
air condition (all bedrooms and living room), fully equipped kitchen, 32 " LCD flat screen in the living room, Sat-TV (Astra), free ADSL internet access (WLan), garden furniture, sunbeds at the pool, barbecue area etc.

Location and surroundings

The detached house is quietly situated east of Pitsidia towards the neighbouring village of Sivas. In the environment there are only a few new built holiday houses. From the terrace and the two balconies of Villa Potamis you have a wonderful view on surrounding nature, the mountains and over the olive trees.

   Für einen sehr relaxten Urlaub fernab von allem Trubel grandios! Dabei sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sicherlich das schönste und komfortabelste Haus von ganz Pitsidia!
   Das Vermieterteam ist sehr nett und man fühlt sich bestens betreut.

   Das schöne und modern eingerichtete Ferienhaus hat uns einen richtigen Traumurlaub erleben lassen. Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich, sowie die 3 Schlafzimmer bieten genügend Platz und sind optimal für max. 6 Erwachsene geeignet. Besonders hat uns der ausreichend große Pool mit angrenzendem Kinderbecken gefallen. Das gepflegte Grundstück ist abgeschlossen (optimal für kleine Kinder oder auch Haustiere) und mit Sichtschutzwänden und Oleanderbüschen begrenzt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Landschaft und die umliegenden Berge. Für einen ruhigen und gleichzeitig komfortablen Urlaub in landestypischer Umgebung ist es absolut zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
