The apartment recently underwent extensive renovation with high-end features. The bathroom and kitchen got rebuilt from the ground up. The living room and bedrooms are decorated with new, appealing furniture of high quality. A three-piece suite made of natural leather as well as box spring beds ensure comfortable living. Free Wifi is available.
The surfing area Wulfener Hals-Fehmarn and the golf park Fehmarn offer special prices for golfers and surfers. There's also a storage facility for sports equipment and bicycles.
The terrace and garden come with seating furniture and loungers.
The apartment is located in Burg, capital of the Baltic island Fehmarn. Nearby you'll find the city park and the swan lake.
The town centre can be reached within a few minutes. The island's main beach is located in Burgtiefe in the south part of the beach (Südstrand). The surfing areas at the Burger See (lake) and Wulfener Hals and the golf park Fehmarn are just 5 km away.
Cross the Fehmarnsundbrücke and take the Burg exit. After the 2nd roundabout turn into Wilhelmstraße. Our property, Fehmarn district Burg, Kämmererweg 1, can be entered from Am Mellenthinplatz 13a.

Prior to the dates that you have booked you may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time, no questions asked. This is on condition that you as the renter communicate your intention in writing and complete with your signature. Our claim for the rate agreed shall remain, even when you do not go on your holiday.
In the event of a cancellation the following percentages of the rental price shall be raised as a cancellation fee:
up to 90 days prior to the start of the rental period 10%, • 89 to 45 days before the rental period starts: 30% • 44 to 30 days before the rental period starts: 50% • from the 29th day up to the 2nd day prior to the rental period 80%
From the last day prior to the start of the rental period and after a no show 100%.
In the event that the property can be rented out according to the same conditions if you do not use if at all or only for part of the rental period, then the renter shall pay a fee 15 % fee for the extra work resulting from this, with the minimum amount being €50. For rebookings of the same duration and at the same rate (only during the same business year) a standard fee of €20 shall be charged. The flat-rate compensation fee due to loss of rental income and additional costs can be reduced by re-letting or crediting any expenses saved. We recommend that you take out external cancellation insurance (such as ERV European travel insurance).

The owners, Birgit & Volker Riechey, look after the apartment personally. Volker Riechey is also the operator and owner of the Wulfener Hals camping and holiday park. We are happy to hand over the keys and the apartment personally. Please call us approx. 1 h before you plan to arrive (+49 (0) 172 992 06 17). Otherwise, you can pick up the key from Monday to Friday in the office on the ground floor. At the weekend, you can pick up the key in the reception of the camping and holiday park Wulfener Hals, Wulfener Hals Weg 100.
