The flair of a long-bygone age still inhabits this fully listed and unique house - itself part of the WORLD HERITAGE Lübeck - in the old part of the city of Lübeck, unostentatiously furnished to the highest standards of modern comfort.
Set in the heart of the St. Annenkloster district of the historic island forming the old part of the city of Lübeck, the original small room division will enable you to experience life in old Lübeck even when your sightseeing is over for the day.
The owner - working in PARIS and born in LÜBECK - has created a completely personal atmosphere, comprising 3 rooms and a dining hall all linked via the historic staircase!

ENGLISH TRANSLATION: If the tenant withdraws from the contract he owes a remuneration as follows:
withdrawel up to 44 days before the rent ist beginning 30% of the rent
withdrawel up to 30 days before the rent ist beginning 50% of the rent
withdrawel up to 14 days before the rent ist beginning 80% of the rent
The declaration of withdrawel has to be done in writing. For the calculation of the a.m. deadlines the reception of the said written declaration of withdrawel by the owner of the house is decisive.
If the HISTORICAL BALKENHAUSCHEN can be rented under the same conditions, the tenant is only charged a processing fee of 5% of the rental price, but at least 50.00 €. If the holiday home can only be rented at a discount, the renter must pay the difference amount, plus the processing fee, but not exceeding the amount resulting from paragraph 1.
