The small, cosy and winterised holiday home/garden house is located on the same property as Villa Elsa in Dresden-Blasewitz and extends over two floors. The ground floor features a bed-sit room with a double bed and seating corner as well as an additional room with a lounger, a kitchen and a bathroom. The attic is accessible via a steep wooden staircase and has a another small bed-sit room with a cooking area and bathroom. The attic has roof slopes.
This holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation. Smokers may use the partially covered outdoor area. .
The attic is accessible from the ground floor via a connecting door and via a separate entrance.
Recommended for families with children and older guests, entrance at ground level. The ground floor can also be booked separately as an apartment (Please ask for special prices ).

Quiet location, close to the city centre, a good transport connection with tramway and bus, a short walk to the shopping centre Schillerplatz, numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity, near the forest park with playground and tennis courts, Elbe Cycle Route.
A short 15-minute tram ride will take you to the city centre with its Frauenkirche, but other beautiful churches, numerous museums and steamboat trips to Meissen and into Saxon Switzerland await you there as well. You will also find plenty of shopping facilities.
Travelling by car: Take the A4, exit Altstadt and continue towards the city centre and Käthe-Kollwitz-Ufer in the direction of Blasewitz/Pillnitz.
By train: Arrive at the train station Neustadt (best option): from there you can take the tramway no. 6 towards Niedersedlitz, stop Prellerstraße. Continue on foot and turn right onto Prellerstraße.
Central station: Take the tramway no. 3 or 7 to Pirnaischer Platz; there, take no. 12 towards Striesen, stop Prellerstraße.
By plane: Railway airport shuttle (S2) to the train station Neustadt. There, take the tramway no. 6 towards Niedersedlitz, stop Prellerstraße.

The conclusion of a lodging contract requires the contracting parties to fulfil the contract. The guest is entitled to withdraw from the contract at anytime before commencing travel by sending a withdrawal notice to the lessor. The withdrawal becomes effective on the day the lessor receives the notification. Burden of proof lies with the guest. The lessor has to confirm the withdrawal. Cancelling the accommodation service free of charge (cancellation or partial cancellation) is, irrespective of the booking date, generally possible as long as the cancellation/partial cancellation is communicated before day 30 prior to the agreed arrival date. If the guest cancels 30 to 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date, they will be charged 10% of the agreed price; from 20 to 14 days 30%; from 13 to 7 days 50%; from the 6th day prior to arrival, 80% of the agreed price will be charged in case of a no-show or early departure. If re-letting or partial re-letting is possible, there's no or a reduced cancellation fee.
