The cosy, child-friendly 3-room apartment offers space and facilities for up to 6 people in a quiet and green location at the end of a cul-de-sac. It extends over two levels on the ground floor and the basement. The apartment is located in an apartment building.
We offer you a total of 85m², divided into a combined living/dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The south terrace can be reached from the living room. Garden furniture is available here for sunny hours.
The non-smoking apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are not allowed.
It is very important to us to provide a completely flawless and comfortable apartment for our guests.
A car parking space is at your disposal free of charge. All windows are equipped with external roller shutters.
Bed linen and towels are provided once. Change of sets as well as intermediate cleaning possible for a fee. 1 child/baby bed can be provided.

The apartment is located in a quiet and green residential area at the end of a dead end street directly at the outskirts of Hamburg near Blankenese, the river Elbe and the forest Klövensteen. The Hamburg city centre can be reached quickly.
There are many shopping facilities nearby (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore, bank, restaurants and snack bars).
In 3 minutes you are at the bus stop Holtbarg (lines M1, 285 and night bus) or in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn station Iserbrook (S1, S11).
Approach from the north and south:
Take the A7 to the Bahrenfeld junction and follow the B431, Osdorfer Landstraße in the direction of Wedel. Then turn right after approx. 4 km into Schenefelder Landstraße and in approx. 1 km you will reach the street Drift on the right.
Approach from the north-west:
Follow the A23 in the direction of Hamburg and leave it at the Halstenbek/Rellingen junction. Here you follow the signs to Schenefeld on the L104, the Hartkirchener Chaussee. After about 5 km turn right into Blankeneser Chaussee, after about 2 km turn left into Drift.

§ 6 Cancellation: A necessary cancellation of the trip must be communicated in writing (e-mail is sufficient). In the event of cancellation of your holiday booked with us, cancellation fees will be due and invoiced to you.
We will of course do our best to find alternative accommodation to keep the damage as low as possible. Should we not be able to sublet the flat in case of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees according to our general terms and conditions.
