After the entrance gate, you first discover behind a vineyard the large pool (12m x 6m, depth 1m to 2m), which is exclusively available to the guests of the 3 other holiday homes.
Your villa is the main residence of the property and has the large garden with terrace typical of Provence. You can admire the olive trees from the garden, as well as the ochre rocks of Rustrel.
Via the terrace, you enter the large kitchen. Further back, there is a dining room, as well as a spacious living room with fireplace with piano.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where 4 bedrooms await you: The master bedroom with a double bed, dressing room, bathroom, separate toilet.

The villa is on the other side of 3 other houses for rent. These together form an old "bastide" (bourgeois country house from the 17th and 19th centuries). You do not have a direct view of the neighbouring houses.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
