1. If the client cancels their reservation more than 120 days before the arrival date, the agency undertakes to refund to the client the full amount paid by them.
2. If the client cancels their reservation less than 120 days before the arrival date, but more than 30 days before the arrival date, the agency undertakes to refund to the client half of the payment.
3. If the client cancels their reservation less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made.
