The vacation apartment is
3 kilometers from the lake ammersee away, were you can swim or relax or go fishing. You can also visit the Kloster Andechs " the holy mountain " or you can go to the bavarian alps like Zugspitze. It´s just 45 minutes away. Raisting have an own train station so you can travel to munich it´s 40 minutes away.

Beherbergungsvertrag

Eine einseitige Kündigung des Vertrags ist jetzt nicht mehr möglich. Ein Rücktritt vom Beherbergungsvertrag ist grundsätzlich nicht möglich. Auch wenn wichtige Gründe Sie hindern, die Reise anzutreten oder zwingen, vorzeitig abzubrechen, sind Sie zur Zahlung verpflichtet. Daher empfehlen wir Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
Rücktritt vom Vertrag
Die Erklärung zum Rücktritt ist von dem Tage an wirksam, an dem sie schriftlich oder mündlich bei dem Vermieter eingeht. Wenn der Rücktritt so rechtzeitig erfolgt, dass der Vermieter ganz oder teilweise anderweitig vermietet, haben beide Parteien Glück, es entsteht nur geringer Schaden. Falls der Vermieter die Unterkunft nicht anderweitig vermieten kann, hat der Mieter folgende Entschädigung zu entrichten: 90% des Gesamtmietpreises.
