Beautiful villa located in Sesmarias, walking distances to Coelha beach. This villa is composed in two floors.
Ground floor:
Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges etc.
Lounge/Dining room with flat screen TV and DVD player. Nice sitting area around TV and fireplace and a comfortable dining area.
Double bedroom (1st) with bathroom en-suite, another twin bedroom (2nd), bathroom with shower.
Patio doors lead to a covered dining terrace overlooking the pool (with 8 sun beds) and garden area.
First floor:
Stairs lead to a cozy lounge with a fireplace and patio doors leading to a spacious balcony.
Double bedroom (3rd) with bathroom en-suite and an access to the balcony.
The Lounge/Dining room and all the bedrooms are air conditioned for cooling and heating. There is an alarm system and a safe.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa.
