If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

It is quiet but it offers the basic services for an independent stay. The nearest fine sandy beach is Playa de Palma, almost 25 km away. You can also visit the capital, Palma, with a large variety of leisure offers, as well as restaurants, shops, museums, and much more. Definitively, this is the best option to spend a quiet vacation being near of a much more lively environment at the same time.
