The house is located within a farming and livestock holding, where there is work day after day. The gardened exteriors are beautiful. Everything around is green and flowered, with plenty of tress and plants which create wonderful corners where you can disconnect. The long shape of the pool, sizing 15 x 4 metres, invites to do some lengths. It is a salt private pool with a depth from 0.90 to 1.90 metres. In addition, there are 6 sun loungers and two sunshades, a rocking sofa to relax and a furnished porch. The owners take care of the environment and you will find solar panels at the property. You will be able to access the orchard, under the owner's supervision, and all its fruit trees like olive, lemon and almond trees. A fantastic terrace with built-in barbecue. The perfect place to have dinner in the evening under the pergola.
When you enter the house, you feel the life of a practical room with air-conditioning, thanks to its exquisite colours that unify the dining room with the living room and the kitchen. Here, you can have lunch while watching satellite TV, or cook with the gas stove while chatting with your loved ones, who can sit on the stools of the american bar while having an appetiser. This floor presents two bedrooms with a closet and double bed each. One of them is air-conditioned. There is also a shower bathroom. Going upstairs you find the 3rd bedroom with a wardrobe and two twin beds. There is also a toilet. A cot and a high chair can be placed wherever you want.

Montuiri is a lovely village in the centre of Mallorca. It is very well communicated with any other point in the island in a reasonable period of time. It is quiet but it offers the basic services for an independent stay. The nearest fine sandy beach is Playa de Palma, almost 25 km away. You can also visit the capital, Palma, with a large variety of leisure offers, as well as restaurants, shops, museums, and much more. Definitively, this is the best option to spend a quiet vacation being near of a much more lively environment at the same time.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
