Villas in Europe

Die Villa Cima auf der Insel Krk war einfach Traumhaft. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn. Wir waren Ende Oktober 2025 dort. Trotz, daß es ab und zu geregnet hat war der Pool super geheizt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 6 Kids (7-15 Jahre) & hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa. Das Grundstück, der Pool, die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten & vor allem die Lage sind herrlich. Auch die Ausstattung (Küchenmaschinen, Töpfe/Pfannen etc.) ist richtig gut. Fritz & Evi sind tolle Gastgeber, immer erreichbar sowie überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier und da mussten wir zwar mal handwerklich "Hand anlegen", wenn zB eine Sicherung "rausgeflogen" ist oder ein Wasserrohr verrutscht war, aber das war wenig störend - darauf muss man sich halt einlassen. Es ist keine Luxus-Villa, aber genau das macht den Charme aus. Hervorzuheben sind die kleinen Wege zu Buchten o.Hafen - diese laden immer zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Wir sind hoch zufrieden & kommen gerne wieder.

We (2 couples) spent four weeks here in September 2025, and it was amazing! The location is stunning. The house itself is beautifully crafted with real architectural details, those who know will see and appreciate it. Everything was spot clean. The pool is fantastic and the big terrace makes it possible to hang out wherever you want during the day. The house is fully equipped as expected, but expectations are overdone by the quality of materials they chose. The region itself is beautiful. We also took further trips with a rental car, but the area around the house is stunning on its own. At walking distance (around 20 minutes) from the beach, with many stores, restaurants, and other activities nearby. Hats off to the owner/host!
