Villa "Meri" is a 1100m2 property located in the peaceful suburbs of Split. The city center and the Diocletian's Palace, as well as the beautiful town of Trogir, are just a 10-minute drive away. Kastel Sucurac is situated on the coast of the Kastela Bay. In Kastel Sucurac, you'll find the oldest defensive tower in Kastela, built in 1392 by Archbishop Andrija Benzi of Split (Gualdo) to protect the farmers of the village Putalj, which is nestled on the slopes of Kozjak around the church of St. George. With a series of additional modifications, the tower became a settlement by the sea.
