Cancellation policy
The tenant can cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the tenant is obligated to compensate the landlord for any damage incurred:
• if cancellation occurs up to 60 days before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price,
• if cancellation occurs from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price,
• if cancellation occurs from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the total price.
The date of receipt of the notification is what counts.

Sicily is rich in cultural sites: Syracuse, Agrigento, Val di Noto, the Baroque cities, and the mosaics of Villa Romana are waiting for your visit.
Do you enjoy good wines? Then you can visit the many wineries and participate in wine tastings. In the harbor, you can enjoy unique sunsets.
Getting there
You can arrive by plane to either Catania or Comiso airports. Car rental services are available at both airports. It is recommended to book your rental car from home in advance.
If you prefer to travel by car, you can drive to the southern tip of Italy and take the ferry from Messina, or you can board the ferry in Livorno or Genoa and enjoy a leisurely trip to Palermo.

Vom ersten Kontakt mit Gabriele bis zum letzten Tag der Abreise war alles perfekt. Alle offenen Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Die unkomplizierte Buchungsabwicklung ist hier besonders hervorzuheben.
Bei der Ankunft in der Villa Lorena wurden wir von den Vermietern Vincenzo und Lorena herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles gezeigt.
Eine traumhaft schöne Anlage mit einem wunderschönen Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt! Der Pool ist das Herzstück des Anwesens. Wir durften ihn zu jeder Tageszeit nutzen und haben jede Sekunde darin genossen!
Vincenzo und Lorena sind sehr liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeber und sie haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Diskretion steht an erster Stelle, wir haben uns durch ihre Anwesenheit nie gestört gefühlt.
Ein perfekter Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Traum mit perfektem Ausblick! Lorena und Vincenzo sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nur die Dusche im Ferienhaus ist ist leider etwas klein.
