The tenant can cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the tenant is obligated to compensate the landlord for any damage incurred: â€¢ if cancellation occurs up to 60 days before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price, â€¢ if cancellation occurs from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price, â€¢ if cancellation occurs from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the total price. The date of receipt of the notification is what counts.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the well-known seaside resort Marina di Ragusa. The beautiful beaches and promenade can be reached in just a few minutes by car, as well as the center with its restaurants and bars. Sicily is rich in cultural sites: Syracuse, Agrigento, Val di Noto, the Baroque cities, and the mosaics of Villa Romana are waiting for your visit. Do you enjoy good wines? Then you can visit the many wineries and participate in wine tastings. In the harbor, you can enjoy unique sunsets.

Getting there

You can arrive by plane to either Catania or Comiso airports. Car rental services are available at both airports. It is recommended to book your rental car from home in advance. If you prefer to travel by car, you can drive to the southern tip of Italy and take the ferry from Messina, or you can board the ferry in Livorno or Genoa and enjoy a leisurely trip to Palermo. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Traum mit perfektem Ausblick! Lorena und Vincenzo sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur die Dusche im Ferienhaus ist ist leider etwas klein.

Wir haben herrliche Tage in der Villa Lorena verlebt. Alles war stimmig und wunderschön, Die äußerst gepflegte Anlage, die herrlich angelegt ist und Spaziergänge ermöglicht, das blitzsaubere Haus und der herzliche Empfang von Gabriele und den Eigentümern Lorena und Vincenzo haben uns einen sehr schönen Urlaub beschert. Die atemberaubende Aussicht hat das Verweilen auf der geschmackvoll gestalteten Terrasse immer wieder zu einem Erlebnis gemacht. Tausend Dank für alles !
