Any cancellation must be notified by mail to the reservation department.

b/ You do not have cancellation insurance: for any cancellation due to the client, the reimbursement by the reservation service, with the exception of service charges, is made as follows:
Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the beginning of the stay: the amount of the deposit will be retained and the balance will be reimbursed if it has been cashed in at the date of cancellation.
Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.
Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.
Cancellation the day before or on the day of arrival initially provided for in the contract or no-show: no refund will be made.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Da wir sehr durchwachsenes Wetter hatten, haben wir den Whirlpool fast täglich genutzt. Entspannung pur! Begrüßt wurden wir von den Eigentümern Isabelle, und Mickael sowie einer Dame, die bei der Übersetzung half. Was für ein Service, toll. Isabelle informierte uns über alle wichtigen Dinge zum Haus. Es standen Blumen auf dem Tisch, Cidre, Saft und Wasser im Kühlschrank und ein Duft von noch warmen Flan erfüllte den Wohnraum. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Überhaupt sind Isabelle und Mickael sehr liebenswerte und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Es war so schön bei euch.
