Cancellation policy

Any cancellation must be notified by mail to the reservation department. a/ If you have cancellation insurance, please refer to the attached insurance form. b/ You do not have cancellation insurance: for any cancellation due to the client, the reimbursement by the reservation service, with the exception of service charges, is made as follows: Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the beginning of the stay: the amount of the deposit will be retained and the balance will be reimbursed if it has been cashed in at the date of cancellation. Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. Cancellation the day before or on the day of arrival initially provided for in the contract or no-show: no refund will be made.

A haven of greenery and calm in a small village in the middle of Brittany, ideally located to discover this authentic region where land and sea meet. Michelle and Jean Michel welcome you in the family setting of a 16th century farmhouse. They have set up 2 cottages Kraou Tomm and Ti Tad Coz, one at each end, the middle not being inhabited to preserve the independence and privacy of each family.

Getting there

RENNES/LOUDEAC/MUR-DEBRETAGNE/GOUAREC/LANISCAT/PLUSSULIEN. After 3 km, turn left towards SAINT-YGEAUX. Go through the village (signs for the village). Then take the direction ST-NICOLAS-DU-PELEM for 2.5 km. Turn left at the crossroads at the GITE sign.
