zu kalt! Thermostat fremdgeyteuert, Heizkörper Bad defekt alle Türen sehr undicht. In SZ nur 18° dauerhaft eingestellt, in keinem Zimmer richtig warm. Küche ok Holzofen war die Rettung. Morgens aber kalt. Kaputte Fliese am Treppenfuss nur abgedeckt.
Kein öffentlich rechtliches Fernsehen, nur Internet Apps. Verwalterin sehr nett, konnte aber weder Heizung steuern ( macht Besitzer über App) noch Fernseher ändern. Zwar günstig, aber im Winter wirklich nicht zu empfehlen
