The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without naming a new tenant, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, insofar as it is not possible to let the property to another tenant: withdrawal later than 42 days before the start of the rental period 75% / later than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price. The statutory cancellation and termination options remain unaffected by this.

Holiday destination
The holiday accommodation is located on the ground floor of house C in the Deichgraf holiday complex, centrally in the centre of Burhave. Parking spaces and bicycle racks are directly at the house. A bakery, several shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The North Sea is within walking or cycling distance (approx. 1 km). In the neighbouring village of Fedderwardersiel, real crab cutters are still moored in the harbour. Enjoy pure nature in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.
Getting there
A) via Oldenburg: A 29 to exit Varel-Bockhorn, B 437 direction Nordenham to Diekmannshausen, then left direction Burhave.
b) via Bremen: A 27 to Stotel exit, through the Weser tunnel onto the B 212 to Ellwürden, then towards the North Sea resorts via Stollhamm towards Burhave.
...after the sign for Burhave turn left into Butjadinger Straße and after approx. 250 m turn left into Zur Grundschule. After 2 houses, you will see the entrance to the Deichgraf holiday complex on the right. The flat is in house C, directly opposite the entrance to the indoor swimming pool.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und liebevoll maritim eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Gästeverwaltung war sehr angenehm. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden das Objekt weiter empfehlen .
