Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without naming a new tenant, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, insofar as it is not possible to let the property to another tenant: withdrawal later than 42 days before the start of the rental period 75% / later than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price. A) via Oldenburg: A 29 to exit Varel-Bockhorn, B 437 direction Nordenham to Diekmannshausen, then left direction Burhave.
b) via Bremen: A 27 to Stotel exit, through the Weser tunnel onto the B 212 to Ellwürden, then in the direction of the North Sea resorts via Stollhamm towards Burhave.
...after the sign for Burhave turn left into Butjadinger Straße and after approx. 250 m turn left into Zur Grundschule. After 2 houses you will see the entrance to the vacation home Deichgraf on the right. The apartment is located in house A
