Holiday destination

Enjoy the house's idyllic yet central location - out on the wooden terrace and in the garden when it's sunny and in the cosy living space when it's raining outside! The apartment's central location means you can reach the village centre of Übersee with its church, banks, shops and - of course - it's cosy restaurants in just a few minutes on foot. You can cycle to the lake in 10 minutes or explore the Chiemgau region on some wonderful cycle tours. Even the mountains – the Hochgern, the Hochplatte and the Kampenwand - are just a short journey away. There's an hourly train connection to Munich and Salzburg.

Getting there

By car: Autobahn A8 - take the Übersee am Chiemsee exit, then drive approx. 6 minutes to the holiday apartment. By train: Alight at Übersee Station, then walk 650 m/8 minutes to the holiday apartment. Pick-up service available by request.

Es ist hier ja schon alles gesagt. Ich kann alle positiven Aussagen nur wiederholen. Eine wunderschöne Fewo, die mit Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Noch nie hatten wir eine so perfekte Ausstattung angetroffen (mit Knoblauchpresse :-). Die Terrasse mitten im Paradies mit Katzen, Schafen, daneben weidende Kühe und nachts Igel. Ein ganz besonderer Kater ist Fritzi. Das Allerbeste aber sind die supernetten Vermieter Sabine und Erwin. Als ich krank wurde hatten sie mich nicht nur zum Arzt gefahren, sondern danach auch ins Krankenhaus. Sie sind beide so herzlich, dass mir die Heimfahrt schwer gefallen ist wie noch ganz selten. Ganz sicher werden wir wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank für die zwei wunderbaren Wochen.

Liebste Herta, ich bin ganz gerührt, freut mich wirklich sehr, dass es Euch so gut gefallen hat. Es war für uns auch immer wieder spannend, wo Ihr gerade im Garten mit dem Tisch seid ;-). Aber Fritzi und wir, wir haben Euch immer gefunden - lesend und genießend. So schön! Als es Dir nicht so gut ging, hast Du das mit Deiner positiven Einstellung so gut bewältigt. Eine tolle, gemütliche FeWo, sehr gute und hochwertige Ausstattung und vor allem, die beiden "Hausherren" Sabine und Erwin sind so herzlich und vermitteln von der ersten Sekunde an Wohlfühlcharakter. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und doch zentral im Ort, am See ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad stressfrei über Nebenwege. Die Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, ebenso der ursprüngliche, gemütliche Garten mit den tierischen Mitbewohnern. Gerne komme ich wieder.
