Holiday destination
Enjoy the house's idyllic yet central location - out on the wooden terrace and in the garden when it's sunny and in the cosy living space when it's raining outside! The apartment's central location means you can reach the village centre of Übersee with its church, banks, shops and - of course - it's cosy restaurants in just a few minutes on foot. You can cycle to the lake in 10 minutes or explore the Chiemgau region on some wonderful cycle tours. Even the mountains – the Hochgern, the Hochplatte and the Kampenwand - are just a short journey away. There's an hourly train connection to Munich and Salzburg.
Getting there
By car: Autobahn A8 - take the Übersee am Chiemsee exit, then drive approx. 6 minutes to the holiday apartment. By train: Alight at Übersee Station, then walk 650 m/8 minutes to the holiday apartment. Pick-up service available by request.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir Getränke vorgefunden. Es standen Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung. Der Garten ist ein Traum! Äpfel, Birnen und Gurken gab es zum naschen. Die beiden Schafe wurden von Tag zu Tag zutraulicher. Sabine, Erwin und die Oma waren immer freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Es gab sogar selbstgebackenen Apfelkuchen. Übersee ist sehr beschaulich. Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, gut per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem verschiedene Gastronomie und eine Eisdiele. Wir haben den Chiemsee und das Umland mit dem Rad erkundet. Zu Fuß waren wir auf der Alm. Es war eine rundum entspannte Zeit an die wir sehr gerne zurück denken. Fritzi, der Kater, der Familie war unser tägliches Highlight!
