Die Villa ist absolut empfehlenswert. Schöne Schlaf- und Badezimmer, geräumiges und gemütliches Wohnzimmer sowie ein tolles Spielzimmer mit Billard, Darts, Tischtennis und Kicker. Das absolute Highlight aber sind die beiden Terrassen mit gigantischem Meerblick, der sich vor allem im Pool auf dem Dach endlos genießen lässt, sowie der Whirlpool im Garten. In Kornic gibt es gleich um die Ecke einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant mit leckerem Essen (Knobibrot !!) und sehr freundlichem Personal. Und das wunderschöne Städtchen Krk und zahlreiche Traumstände sind mit kurzer Fahrtzeit erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit 2 Doppelzimmern, Badezimmer/WC, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Persönlich einer der schönsten Orte zum Verweilen in Kornić. Vor dem Ausgang befindet sich ein Pool für etwa 4 Personen. Sauber, neu, gemütlich ��. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus mit einem Carport vorhanden. Sie sollten ein Auto einplanen, da es weit zum Strand und zu anderen Orten ist. Sehr empfehlenswerte und absolut ruhige Lage. Einfach spitze ��.

We had a great stay at this spacious and well-appointed home. The house was immaculate, and everything we needed was provided. There’s truly nothing to fault in terms of comfort and amenities. The owners were friendly and quick to assist when we requested the pool heating to be turned on, which we appreciated. The location is central within the village of Lakmartin, which means the property is close to the road, and there are neighboring houses nearby. This is something to consider if you're looking for complete seclusion. One thing to note is that while the house offers a charcoal grill, charcoal itself was not provided, and we were asked to purchase it. Given the high standard of the property, this felt like an odd policy. Lastly, a small suggestion: the dining table is covered with transparent plastic to protect the wooden surface from stains. While practical, it detracts from the overall aesthetic. Oiling the wood with a a a protective finish would be a more elegant solution.
