On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people.

Holiday destination

The location of the home is perfect because you can reach the supermarket, restaurants, shops and the bus station in a few minutes’ walk. The fine grained sand beach is very close and the crystal clear water invites you to have a nap! Families with children love this beach, because the swell is moderate. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.

Unsere Kinder (2 + 7 Jahre) konnten sich auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück uneingeschränkt austoben. Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. In der Küche befand sich ein frischer Obstteller, Kekse für die Kinder sowie erste Getränke im Kühlschrank. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Für die Kinder war alles perfekt vorbereitet (Hochstuhl, Reisebett, selbst ein kleines Nachtlicht und Kindergeschirr). Ein Grill, ein Geschirrspüler und Ventilatoren waren vorhanden. In ca. 200 m erreicht man den Strand. Lediglich eine etwas größere Hauptstraße muss überquert werden. Auf der Terrasse kann man gemütliche Abende verbringen. Als kleines Manko erwiesen sich die Waschmaschinen des Nachbargrundstückes, da diese auch noch nachts um 2 Uhr in Betrieb waren. Grundsätzlich können wir die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. TOP!!

Das Objekt Pinya sehr schön gelegen, super ausgestattet. Ein tolles Restaurant in der unmittelbarer Nähe, um weitere in der Umgebung, viele Läden zum Einkaufen. Strand mit wunderschönen Pinien 5 min zuFuß entfernt. Schöne Strandpromenade. Strand perfekt für kleine Kinder. Der einzige minuspunkt: Mücken, liegt am Lago grande. ALso ein schönes Mittel gegen Mücken mitbringen.
