This beautiful Villa with more than 175 m² living space offers a lot of convenience on two floors and a wonderful outdoor area with a pool!
The living area houses a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The rooms are lovely furnished and offer space for up to 10 persons.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
