There is also one 70m2 furnished terrace where you can enjoy great meals outdoors while admiring the views and 1 25m2, furnished porch where you can enjoy snacks with family and friends. The fixed barbecue area is fantastic and you will be able to delight you guests with your best creations while enjoying the pleasure of cooking outdoors. With regard to parking, there is space for 5 vehicles.
This house is simple but very practical and functional. It is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. The main house living room is air conditioned and has a fireplace where you can relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book. The furnished dining room, which is in the same area as the living room is the ideal place to enjoy long after-eating talks with you, loved ones. The kitchen, separated from the living room, has everything necessary fro you to cook during your holidays and includes gas stove, among other things. In the separate laundry room there is 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. In the main house there are a total of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One room has a wood stove and both have wardrobes. In the main house you also have access to 2 full bathrooms, 1 in suite with shower, and one bath. In the main house there is 1 extra space at no additional cost in the corridor. In the attached house there is a double room with 2 single beds, wood stove and 1 full bathroom with shower. This property has access to 1 crib for the little ones, and 3 fans.
Note: We cannot accept guests less than 28 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
