The owner personally takes care of the house weekly; it is in perfect condition. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet; there is also a separate guest toilet. Pets are allowed, and smoking in the house will result in the loss of the deposit. Access to the sea is also used by the owners and guests for fishing and swimming. The Lauwersmeer is a paradise for fishermen and water sports enthusiasts of all kinds. Zander and pike measuring a meter or longer are not uncommon here.
