Holiday destination

The holiday apartment is centrally located in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, directly on the beach promenade. The spa and the Ahoi adventure pool are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has direct access to the beach promenade. From there, it is only a few meters to the sandy beach, where we provide a complimentary beach chair during the season.

Getting there

The entrance to Residenz Meeresbrandung is located on Wehrbergsweg, directly before the entrance to Ahoibad. Please program your navigation system to "Wehrbergsweg 32". If you are arriving in Cuxhaven by train, you can easily continue by bus to Duhnen. The "Ahoibad" bus stop is approximately 80 meters from Residenz Meeresbrandung.

Liebe Familie Bruns, wie angegeben, waren wir in dem Zeitraum vom 20.06.26 bis 28.06.26 Nutzer der o. a. Ferienwohnung. Der Empfang, am Tag der Anreise, durch Herrn Bruns, war und das möchten wir besonders herausheben, freundlich und wie jedes Mal mit besonderer Herzlichkeit. Da wir schon des sehr oft diese Wohnung genutzt haben, bleibt uns nur wieder zu bestätigen, das wir alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, vorgefunden haben. Was uns aber gleich sehr positiv aufgefallen war, das ein neuer Fußboden verlegt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und haben schon die nächsten Buchungen, vollzogen. Abschließend können wir uns nochmals bei Ihnen ganz herzlich bedanken und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ihrer Familie Bormann / Bormann-Lübcke

Schöne und umfassende Einrichtung/Ausstattung, Betten bequem, Sicht top. Treppen sind ein kleines Manko,aber das wussten wir vorher. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind klein,aber ausreichend. Fam. Bruns ist sehr freundlich und hat uns wieder persönlich in Empfang genommen. Die Pizzeria direkt unter dem Balkon störte uns nicht,im Gegenteil,haben sehr lecker dort gegessen. Das es direkt an der Promenade nicht immer leise ist,sollte jedem klar sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört ! Meist waren die Möven eh lauter als die Menschen. Und der Ausblick von Balkon und auch Schlafzimmern entschädigt eh alles.
