Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, hikers and sports enthusiasts, families are in the right place with us. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes can be reached directly from the house. Those who want to do something for their health can make an appointment with the naturopath in the house and use the in-house Kneipp basin. An hour's drive away: Freiburg im Breisgau, Baden-Baden, Freudenstadt, Strasbourg/Colmar in France. Vogtsbauernhöfe 36 km, Black Forest National Park 30 km.
Getting there
By train: to Oppenau-Ibach station, then pick-up service by arrangement
By car:
from the west via the A5 motorway to the Appenweier exit; take the B28 towards Bad Griesbach to Oppenau-Ibach; approx. 1.2 km after leaving Oppenau-Ibach and after the Rombach sawmill, turn right into Halleckle; continue uphill for 1.2 km to house no. 8.
From the east via the A81 motorway to the Rottenburg a. Neckar exit, then take the B28 towards Eutingen i. Gäu/Freudenstadt, on the B28 through Freudenstadt, Kniebis to Löcherberg; follow the B28 for another 2 km and then turn left before the village of Oppenau-Ibach into Halleckle; continue uphill for 1.2 km to house no. 8.
