Cancellation policy
If you are unable to travel due to COVID-related entry restrictions, you may cancel your stay free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.
Otherwise, the following cancellation terms apply:
The tenant has the right to cancel the rental agreement. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to the 45th day before arrival – 20% of the rental price
Up to the 31st day before arrival – 50% of the rental price
Up to the 21st day before arrival – 70% of the rental price
Up to the 11th day before arrival – 80% of the rental price
From the 10th day before arrival – 90% of the rental price
The tenant has the right to name a replacement guest. The landlord must accept the replacement unless there are justified concerns regarding the person.
No compensation is due if the replacement guest takes over the booking under the same conditions.
To cover potential cancellation costs, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren voll begeistert!
Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr großzügig angelegt, als genügend Platz.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar!
Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft nochmals buchen .
Es war rundherum ein sehr schöner Wochenendausflug

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Fahrrad sind Supermarkt und Böcker im Nachbarort schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
