31-59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount;
8-30 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total amount;
7 days (or later) prior to arrival: 90% of the total amount.
In case you're a no-show on the day/1 day after the agreed arrival date without giving prior notice, your booking shall be deemed cancelled. No-shows have to pay the full amount.

Kühbach is located in the heart of the Oberallgäu. It is very convenient for visiting the sights of the Allgäu region.
The Rottachberg mountain rises in front of the holiday home. Behind the home you'll find a EU nature reserve with a lake.
Getting there
Travelling on the A7, you'll pass Kempten.
After about 8 km you'll reach the autobahn junction Allgäu-Dreieck, take the exit onto the A980 towards Lindau-Oberstdorf.
Exit after approx. 2 km and turn left towards Sulzberg.
After about 2 km, you'll pass through Sulzberg; continue towards Sonthofen.
After Sulzberg turn right towards Sonthofen.
Continue for about 7 km.
After passing through Ottacker, follow the road -2 km- to Kühbach.
In Kühbach, turn right after 250m, the last, detached farmhouse on the right is your destination.

vielen Dank für Euer feedback wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Ja das Ihr die Kühe vor dem Haus gestreichelt und deren Glockenserenaden als heilsam empfunden habt freut uns sehr Denn auch wir finden diese Situation immer wieder als Glücksmomente sowohl für uns und das Tier. Manch befreiende Worte konnten wir auch am plätschernden Brunnen austauschen.

Vielen,lieben Dank für die schönen ruhigen 2 Wochen in deinem Ferienhaus.

Liebe Gabi, Maike, Wolfgang , Wau Mogli und Balu,
ja ich erinnere mich sehr an Eure relax Tage. Die Sonne verwöhnte Euch in Euren Liegestühlen und der Sauerstoff erfrischte Euch unter den üpig umrahmten Bäumen und Sträuchern. Nebenbei plätscherte der Quellwasserbrunnen und flüsterte Euch die Urtöne der Natur. Bei einpaar Geplauder wurde uns wieder klar, auf was es wirklich im Leben ankommt. "In der Ruhe liegt die Kraft".
