31-59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount;
8-30 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total amount;
7 days (or later) prior to arrival: 90% of the total amount.
In case you're a no-show on the day/1 day after the agreed arrival date without giving prior notice, your booking shall be deemed cancelled. No-shows have to pay the full amount.

Kühbach is located in the heart of the Oberallgäu. It is very convenient for visiting the sights of the Allgäu region.
The Rottachberg mountain rises in front of the holiday home. Behind the home you'll find a EU nature reserve with a lake.
Getting there
Travelling on the A7, you'll pass Kempten.
After about 8 km you'll reach the autobahn junction Allgäu-Dreieck, take the exit onto the A980 towards Lindau-Oberstdorf.
Exit after approx. 2 km and turn left towards Sulzberg.
After about 2 km, you'll pass through Sulzberg; continue towards Sonthofen.
After Sulzberg turn right towards Sonthofen.
Continue for about 7 km.
After passing through Ottacker, follow the road -2 km- to Kühbach.
In Kühbach, turn right after 250m, the last, detached farmhouse on the right is your destination.

Wir haben es wirklich genossen; die Natur ist einfach unglaublich schön, und man kann sich kaum sattsehen. Herr Hiemer ist äußerst freundlich und der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Vielen Dank für diese unvergesslichen Tage bei Ihnen in der schönen Allgäu-Region.

Wir haben beide Wohnungen gemietet. Wir suchten nach einer Unterkunft, da wir ein Retreat mit der YMCA hatten, während der Rest von uns auf einem nahegelegenen Campingplatz war. Wir blieben bei Peter mit sechs Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern im Alter von 9 und 2 Jahren. Drei Erwachsene und eine Familie mit den Kindern und ich übernachteten in der kleinen Hütte im Obergeschoss. Wir konnten alle zusammen im Cottage frühstücken; es gab genug Platz am großen Tisch, und es standen auch zusätzliche Stühle zur Verfügung. Es war wunderbar für die Kinder. Schafe, Katzen und Kaninchen – das macht immer Spaß. Leider konnten wir Peters Gastfreundschaft nur vier Tage lang genießen, da wir über das Fronleichnamswochenende dort waren und den Tag mit der Gruppe auf dem Campingplatz verbrachten.
