Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation by the tenant for important reasons, we unfortunately have to charge the following fees. If canceled 28 days or more before the start of the rental period, cancellation is free of charge. If you cancel up to 27 days to 21 days before the start of the rental period, we unfortunately have to charge 50% of the rental price. If you cancel later than 20 days before the start of the rentalperiod or if you do not start the trip, 100% of the rental price will be due.

The area is very quiet and in summer it is mainly surrounded by sheep and the sound of the sea. There are other holiday homes in the immediate vicinity but everyone can relax in peace. The sea, dike, meadows and fields invite you to rest and relax. The dike can be reached in 20 steps...

Getting there

By car: Drivers can reach Nordstrand via the A23 from Hamburg. Past Heide, the motorway turns directly into the B5, which you follow towards Husum. Or coming from Hamburg via the A7, exit Schleswig-Schuby, take the B 201 towards Husum. Pass Husum, then towards Niebüll to Hattstedt, from there follow the signs to Nordstrand. Arrival by train: Daily InterCitys from Karlsruhe, Cologne, Dortmund and Dresden/Berlin to Husum. From Husum take the R140 bus (direction: Nordstrand ferry pier) to Nordstrand, almost to the front door (stop: Schuldweg). We offer a pick-up service at the bus stop
