Cancellation policy
It is generally possible to cancel your booking for the holiday property for a reasonable fee. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 14 days after booking (bookings made more than 30 days before arrival): free of charge.
Up to 28 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price.
Less than 28 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price.
The guest has no general, free, statutory right of termination or cancellation regarding the concluded rental agreement. Illness, personal/professional reasons, or, for example, car breakdowns do not release the guest from paying the agreed rental price. In the event of cancellation of the booked holiday accommodation, the claim for payment of the agreed rental price remains valid. The cancellation notice must be submitted to the landlord in writing.

Ruhiges und sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Mit heller und sehr freundlicher Ausstattung. Auch der Garten lädt ebenso zur Erholung und zum Entspannen ein. Es ist einfach alles da was man sich wünscht. Ankommen, Auto abstellen und alles zu Fuß erreichen. Auch der Strand kann zu Fuß bequem erreicht werden. Eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft die keine Wünsche offen lässt, daher steht einer erneuten Buchung nichts im Weg.

Ein tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht...und mehr. Sehr schön, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet.
Der Garten ist groß und lädt zum Spielen und Sonnenbaden ein. Auch ein super Grill steht zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Zum Strand sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Einkaufen 5 Minuten.
